Delete your data

This page is for users of the Mati app (developer: Apli Logic IKE). Mati keeps as little of your data as possible — and you can wipe what we do hold in two ways.

1. Delete everything stored on your device (immediate)

The fastest way. Open the Mati app and tap:

Settings → Delete account → Confirm

This wipes all local data from your phone in one step:

• Your first name
• Your birthday and the names you love (family / name-day reminders)
• Your heritage selection and bead choice
• Your journal of diagnoses, rituals, and aftercare entries
• Your subscription state stored on the device
• All scheduled push notifications are cancelled

The wipe is immediate and irreversible. If you reinstall the app afterwards, it starts fresh as if you had never used it.

2. Delete anonymous analytics records (email request)

Mati sends anonymous usage events to Mixpanel (for example: when a reading starts, its verdict, whether you tried the subscription). These events never include your name or birthday — only an anonymous device identifier generated by the Mixpanel SDK.

To request deletion of these records:

1. Email us at admin@aplilogic.io
2. Subject line: Delete my Mati analytics data
3. We will delete your records from Mixpanel within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is NOT stored by Mati

The following are never collected by Mati, so there is nothing to delete:

• Email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
• Location data (precise or approximate)
• Photos, videos, audio, or contacts
• Health or fitness data
• Payment information (handled by Google Play, never received by us)

What about my subscription / payment history?

Subscription and payment data is held by Google Play and our subscription provider RevenueCat, not by Mati. To delete or manage these:

• Cancel a subscription: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Request deletion of purchase records: see Google's data controls and RevenueCat's privacy policy

Data retention timeline

• Local device data: kept until you uninstall the app or use Settings → Delete account. Whichever comes first.
• Anonymous analytics: kept indefinitely unless you request deletion. We do not auto-delete.
• Notification schedule: kept on your device until the notification fires or you delete the app.
